100% optical analysis of light homogeneity and part manufacturing defects into the existing production line of PMMA (Conductor) light guide parts.

The machine is located as a peripheral to the injection moulding system. It is equipped with a special grip into which the manipulator embeds the injection moulded part and the camera/sensor assembly for inspection of:

• The homogeneity of the light of the part after illumination
• Deformation of the part
• Imperfect plastic injection of the part ​
• Microstructure of the part
