For a customer in the automotive industry, we have designed and delivered an automated system for the inspection of safety features in the production of dashboards, including a data storage system for each product.

Hardware: cameras Basler, lenses, lighting, industrial computer, barcode reader, barcode scanner
Automatic evaluation replaced 1 operator
Full connection to customer database – each photo is matched to an on-board ID in the database Dashboard ID
Cycle time of one evaluation – 4 s/part
The system uses neural networks tailored to the application
